    1. Cardiac: R+ Heart TS, PF
    2. Vascular:
    3. Skin: Flushing (kallikrein)

    GIT:
    1. Diarrhea (5-HT)
    2. Pellagra* (Diversion of Tryptophan from Niacin/B-3 to 5-HT)
    3. Symptoms in CS follow metastases to Liver**

    ** products usually systemically inactivated by MAO
