  2. Note: GGT is much more specific for Liver Injury than ALT & AST but may be less sensitive. Therefore, it's role must be that of sequel to elevated ALT/AST. Serum Albumin, PT, Bilirubin, etc., on the other hand, are prognostic rather than diagnostic
